So I need to finish the background info..

As I said I was growing impatient. It was now Feb. (2009) and he had just gotten a job and our first meeting kept getting pushed back. I had money saved and a 3 -day weekend coming up. If you knew me irl, you would know I don't take huge risks and I play it safe a lot. But I felt like if we did not meet soon it would not happen. So I called him and told him I was driving down to him and we were meeting on my 3 -day weekend. Everyone excepted me to be nervous and scared even I did. Weirdly, I was fine. Partially because I did not think it was really happening..denial is a great thing. We meet on Feb. 15th, 2009 eating breakfast at a Huddle House ( those places are good! we do not have any by where I live). Not gonna lie, he was not what I expected but I did not have a clear picture of him at all. We must have looked like an odd couple, I was dressed up because I had driven straight from a wedding and he was in jeans and a tshirt (and coat). We both had gotten no sleep. He had talked to me almost the whole drive there ( 6 hours) to keep me awake. Back to meeting him..it was so awkward..we sat there not talking...I couldnt even look at him because I was so nervous and all I wanted ( and I found out later he wanted the same thing) was to hug him when we first met, as corny as that might sound. The three days went by way to fast and we got along great. We stayed in the type of motel that all the doors lead to the outside and are often in "scary" movies like Idenity and Joyride. It was fun! Haha. We decided that he would come out by me next in a month to visit to see if we could work on a very long distance dating thing until he saved up some money to move to me. (of course as long as it worked out.)
